Personal Information-

The security of your personal information is as important to us as it is to you. Our website and surveys are all secured using industry-standard 2048-bit SSL encryption. You will notice that when connected to our website the address bar of your browser either turns green or displays a lock image, or both, and our address begins with “https” (as opposed to regular “http”). What this means is that the path between your computer and our servers is securely encrypted and is much more difficult to intercept.

Before entering personal information on any website, it is a good idea to double check that the address is spelled correctly, and that the connection is secured by using HTTPS. Furthermore, your personal information will never be used or sold for advertising purposes. We require you to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address upon registration. Additionally, we may require your Social Security number for tax information and to verify who you are. If you receive $600 or more of compensation in one year, we are required by law to report your earnings to the IRS, and you will receive a Form 1099 from us at the end of the year.

Registration and Participation-

Participation is completely voluntary. To register as a new panelist, you must provide all required information in the registration form. Only one registration form per person may be submitted. You will designate your own email address and a unique password. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You are not to share your account information with any other person. By registering, you agree to receive email messages from us inviting you to participate in consumer research surveys, and to receive other information messages pertaining to your membership and the administration thereof. These communications are a necessary requirement, and you may only opt out of receiving email messages by terminating your account and ceasing to participate in research studies.

When you register at www.evaluationsciences.com, you agree: (1) to receive a confirmation email from us confirming your registration; (2) to receive emails inviting you to participate in surveys with links to the surveys; and (3) to receive email responses to questions, comments or updates to your member profile that you submit to the Web site.
